Junior Software Developer - Data Support Analyst

Dealerbible (a division of Nelson Automotive Group) is looking for a Junior Software Developer - Data Support Analyst to join our team! We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.

General Description:

As a Junior Software Developer - Data Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our existing client accounts. Your primary responsibility will involve offering technical assistance to DB business customers, guiding them through data ingestion processes using Python and navigating the Mongodb data lake. Interaction with clients will occur through various channels such as phone, chat, and email, requiring you to maintain an open-minded and flexible approach to adapt to diverse client needs. This includes accommodating different communication styles, working hours, and shifting priorities in projects and business focuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsively address customer and Dealerbible requests, establishing proper channels for resolution.
• Follow up on customer and Dealerbible requests until they are satisfactorily resolved.
• Participate in building, launching, and modifying websites through Dealerbible Web Manager.
• Strive towards the ultimate goal of enhancing the positive image of Dealerbible through dedicated support efforts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience or coursework in software design, testing, and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks.
• Exhibit assertiveness and confidence in dealing with customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Display a goal-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Showcase good problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges.
