Location: 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (Meadowlands Division)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Schedule is flexible (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role

We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team. This mid-level position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The primary purpose of this position is to create drawing and programs to produce machined parts on CNC Mill and Lathe. Maintain quality and safety standards while working with machinist on set ups, order of operations and tooling to complete jobs.

What You’ll Do

• Receive blueprints, files, and documents to make CNC parts.
• Cut material for parts as needed.
• Machine part to length and square to size.
• Work with a variety of calipers or micrometers.
• Work with a variety of tools and machinery in a safe capacity. 
• Overhead Crane Operation. 

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Three (3) or more years of experience as a CNC Programmer - preferred 
• Working knowledge of CNC Machines
• Program CNC 3 and 4 axis vertical mills and CNC lathes with live tooling. (3 axis is common - 4 axis programming is infrequent) 
• Knowledgeable in speeds and feeds of different materials
• Manual G&M Programming using Cimco is a PLUS
• Manual machining knowledge is a PLUS
• CNC Operator and Machinist experience is a PLUS
• 3D CAD system knowledge – i.e. Inventor, Fusion 360
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
