The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision parts and components used in injection molding processes. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, designing tooling and fixtures, and ensuring efficient and accurate machining operations. The CNC Programmer works closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products and improve manufacturing processes.

This is a Temp to possible perm position that will be required to be fully on site. 

Salary: $80,000 +/- Depending on experience

Qualifications: 

• Experience as a CNC Programmer 
• Proficient with GibbsCAM or MasterCAM -  Fusion 360, or SolidWorks 
• Experience within a machine shop environment 
• Experience with Injection Molds 
• Understands G- Codes and Blueprints 
• Experience with Hand Tools (Gauges, Micrometers, Measurement tools)
