Senior Application Developer to support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and operational stability of its current Case Management System (CMS) and the Juror Management System (JMS) built on CA Plex.
Work Location: Role is 100% remote
Candidate must reside in lower 48 states (Continental US) and comfortable working EST time zone hours.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with application development
- 7+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
- 7+ years of experience with maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
- 10+ years of experience with debugging
- 7+ years of experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in South Carolina court/judicial systems or other government environments
- Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex)
- Batch processing and transactional systems
- API integrations
- Data warehousing environments
- Case lifecycle (filed, pending, disposed)
- Court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates)
