Job Description Summary
Responsible for assisting with the evaluation, implementation and ongoing support of artificial intelligence products, focusing on aligning product outcomes with business objectives while ensuring conformance with Agua Caliente’s user demands. Bridges technical AI systems and end-users, assists with troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing AI tools such as chatbots, machine learning models, and automation systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Assists business users and AI team with evaluating, implementing and maintaining AI related products and solutions.
- Collaborates with business units to learn and support AI-driven process improvements.
- Provides technical guidance and support to users on AI functionalities and creates documentation to support the adoption of new AI tools.
- Assists users with analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
- Assists in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Support vendor interactions and help evaluate new technology solutions.
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains AI-powered support systems.
- Helps document solutions and supports training of service desk and application support teams for AI related systems and solutions.
- Participates in on-call rotation for critical system support.
- Keeps abreast of advancements in the artificial intelligence field, as well as competitors, makes applicable improvement recommendations to IT leadership ensuring best in breed offerings.
- Facilitates the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
- Works closely with business data owners and custodians on defining and managing data ownership and related responsibilities.
- Works closely with business users on the creation and review of business user risk assessments.
- Provides outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Complies with all applicable Agua Caliente Casinos System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.

Signatory Ability
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in artificial intelligence / machine learning projects involving end user support.
- Strong analytical mindset and a familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and data visualization tools.
- Experience with process automation tools and workflow platforms.
- Understanding of ML pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
- Demonstrated knowledge of API’s and integrations relative to how models are consumed in products.
- Casino or hospitality services industry experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively across teams to launch products that are innovative, user-centric, and beneficial to Agua Caliente.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work after normal business hours and on weekends as required.
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with ability to diagnose complex AI performance issues and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from a four-year college or university, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
