A growing service business in the healthcare space is seeking a highly skilled Sr Fullstack Software Developer to help build out a new business operating system from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments and has strong experience across both frontend and backend development.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead development of internal business applications using modern technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Take ownership of software architecture decisions and implementation
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and project discussions
Ideal Qualifications:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with:
Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript
Frontend: React
Backend: Node.js
Bonus experience with:
Frameworks/Tech: NestJS, TypeORM
Databases: PostgreSQL
Cloud: AWS

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
