Software Developer II - .NET

Quick Take - 

Apexanalytix is seeking an experienced Software Developer II to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal and external-facing applications built on Microsoft's .NET Framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, database design, and cloud-based technologies.

 The Work - 

• Design, develop, and support specific functionality in .NET applications, as directed by the Team Leader
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET and C#
• Write efficient queries using Linq and Entity Framework 6.0 or later
• Perform unit, integration, and systems testing of components
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures
• Develop and maintain ETL tools (SSIS and others)
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve roadblocks
• Ensure the overall security of systems, protecting client data and reporting potential security risks
• Enforce corporate security policies and standards
  

The Must-Haves - 

• A four-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in designing and developing applications, relational databases, and middle-tier components (e.g., web services, APIs, or microservices)
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#) with a focus on .NET Framework 4.5 or later
• 1+ years of experience with containerization using Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes

Nice-to-haves -

• Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, open-source tools)
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow and Apache Doris
• Experience with Agentic AI
