Description
As a Software Developer - Architect, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our database as an application platform, leveraging the power of AI. Your team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, driving the Open Agent Specification and Graal Cloud Application technology stack, including the Multilingual Engine (MLE). Your expertise will be instrumental in creating cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize how businesses utilize data.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of AI-powered database applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI and database technologies, researching and evaluating new tools and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain robust, high-quality code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models and algorithms into the database platform, optimizing performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall code quality.
  • Document and communicate technical designs, ensuring clear and concise understanding within the team.
  • Identify and address technical debt, proposing and implementing solutions to improve system stability.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $136,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
