The Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant drives enterprise-wide AI adoption at Wells Fargo by translating artificial intelligence capabilities into practical workflow and productivity improvements through structured learning, community engagement, and change management. This role leads the design and execution of role-based AI learning strategies, including tiered learning paths, certification and readiness markers, and targeted communications that build confidence and competence across diverse employee populations. By establishing and scaling communities of practice, an AI champions network, and measurable adoption frameworks, this position ensures AI is not only understood but effectively embedded into day-to-day work. Acting as a strategic bridge between AI capabilities and business execution, the role accelerates cultural transformation while supporting responsible and impactful AI use.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business
  • Provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
  • Provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise technology adoption, enablement, or change management initiatives related to AI, data, or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to design and deliver role-based learning programs, tiered learning paths, and certification or readiness frameworks
  • Experience building and sustaining communities of practice, champion networks, or center-of-excellence–driven engagement models
  • Strong understanding of how AI capabilities translate into real-world workflows, productivity improvements, and employee experiences
  • Experience developing communications and enablement strategies that drive awareness, trust, and behavioral change
  • Ability to define and track adoption metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact
  • Strong consultative, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills across business, technology, and leadership audiences

NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually
