The Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in shaping and advancing Wells Fargo’s enterprise AI capabilities by designing and enabling scalable, secure, and reusable AI platform solutions. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and business teams to set reference architectures, establish reusable components, and implement guardrails that allow AI solutions to be developed and operated safely, efficiently, and consistently across the organization. The position emphasizes strong technical leadership in prompting and tooling patterns, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, developer experience, and rapid prototyping, while ensuring governance and control mechanisms are embedded directly into AI platforms. Acting as a trusted subject‑matter expert, this leader accelerates AI adoption while balancing innovation, risk management, and enterprise standards.

CA- Concord Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually
NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually
TX- Irving Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
