Position: AI Intern
Community: Stellar Resource Center
Location: Onsite at our Midvale, UT office
Employment Type: Full-Time, Summer Internship
Start: As soon as you’re available
Stellar Senior Living is a family-owned company that owns and operates senior living and skilled nursing communities across multiple states. We’re hiring a full-time summer AI Intern to join the Stellar Resource Center in Midvale, UT, and we’re looking for a curious undergraduate to help us put practical AI tools to work in finance, operations, legal, and HR. You’ll spend time with the people who do the work, collaborate with them to identify ways to elevate our services, and build tools that ultimately enhance the service we render to residents.
This is a project-based role. You don’t need to be the most experienced person in the room. You need to be curious, a strong critical thinker, and ready to translate real-world needs into AI-driven solutions.
Stellar is a healthy, well-established operator with a strong culture and a track record of running our communities well. The Resource Center in Midvale is the corporate hub for those communities, and we’re at a point where we want to bring AI more directly into the way the business runs. That’s where this role comes in. You’ll get a close look at how a successful multi-state operating company works, and what you build will get used by people who depend on it.
You don’t need to be a domain expert in any of these areas. You’ll learn what you need from the people around you and build tools that help them succeed.
We’re hiring for independence, critical thinking, and interest in AI more than for prior experience. Bonus points for any scripting (Python, JavaScript, VBA, Power Automate), but it’s not required.
