Full Time| Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM| Hybrid Position- 60/40

Job Purpose or Objective(s): ​The primary purpose of this position is to implement an enterprise-focused approach to job scheduling and business process automation.  This approach will align multiple processes to automation tools to improve accuracy, transparency, and maintainability while focusing on growth, security, and scalability. You will report to the Director of Web Development.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will analyze processes to determine automation agreement opportunities.
  2. Develop automation technology based on organizational goals while following security requirements.
  3. Develop a culture of automation where people and processes focus on automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Create an automation center of excellence to establish automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
  5. You will implement performance metrics to monitor platform health while providing appropriate notification to promote visibility and transparency.
  6. Provide automation-focused reports to partners.
  7. Provide operational support outside of business hours to monitor and address important issues to minimize growth.
  8. Review and recommend automation portfolio updates and enhancements to improve strategic objective understanding.
  9. Mentor and conduct knowledge sharing opportunities with multiple team members.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems engineering, or related field or 4 years related experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience with software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques
  • High level of business acumen
  • Breakdown complex processes to align with automation goals and technology
  • Strong understanding of SOAP and REST API methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server database, TSQL scripting, SSIS packages, views, stored procedures, and functions
  • Working knowledge of Windows services, PowerShell scripts, ETL, and MFT
