Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CNC Programmer to join our team! This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining software programs and libraries for the CNC Fabrication equipment (turret punches, lasers, combination turret/laser machines, press brakes, etc.) and related automation. Supports additional activities related to the CNC fabrication area as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the evaluation and closure of technical NCMR's (Non-Conforming Material Reports).
  • Provides technical support for the team across all shifts (manufacturing operators, 

    maintenance associates, engineers, and supervisors).

  • Identify and support lights out operations through related programming activities.
  • Serve as a backup when needed for the development of MPCD's (Manufacturing Process Control

    Document) for fabricated products.

  • Evaluates and closes action item requests generated from pre-production review activities (NORP /

    Proview).

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 3-5 years related experience or training.
  • Associates degree (A.A.) preferred (Manufacturing Technology or related) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours:

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
